EBM Aircraft Plywood
Our plywood is cut from the finest available aircraft plywood. A little goes a long way giving your plane extra strength or protection. Cut sizes are nominal due to saw kerf.
Available in thicknesses from 1/64" to 1/8" (0.4MM to 3MM).

Thin Birch - 1/64" (0.4 MM) x 6" x 12"
Thin Birch, 3 ply, ~25 grams/sheet. This plywood is very strong and flexible for its thickness. It is good for sheathing and reinforcing structures on smaller lightweight planes.
Thin Birch - 1/32" (0.8MM) x 6" x 12"
Thin Birch, 3 ply, ~35 grams/sheet. This plywood is very strong and flexible for its thickness. It is good for sheathing and reinforcing structure on smaller lightweight planes.
Thin Birch - 1/16" (1.5MM) x 6" x 12"
Thin Birch, 3 ply, ~55 grams/sheet. Very strong, moderately flexible, good for lightweight structures, and good for small motor firewalls.
Thin Birch - 3/32" (2.5MM) x 6" x 12"
Thin Birch, 5 ply, ~95 grams/sheet. Very strong; minimal flexibility. Good for spars; good for small to medium-sized motor firewalls.
Russian birch - 1/8" (3MM) x 6" x 12"
Russian Birch, 3 ply birch, ~55 grams/sheet. Low cost for strength; good for motor mount/firewall; landing gear plates on larger planes.
Light Italian Poplar - 1/8" (3MM) x 6" x 12"
Light Italian Poplar, 3 ply, ~50 grams/sheet. Good for general structure; okay for use on smaller motors.
Thin Birch - 1/8"(3MM) x 6" x 12"
Thin Birch, 6 ply, ~100 grams/sheet. Our strongest plywood, good for larger motor firewalls; good where strength is needed.
