The Pitcairn Fleetwing biplane was designed for the fixed base operator for use as both trainer and passenger hopper. It was well suited for the latter in that the economical OX-5 engine cut costs, and the two-passenger front cockpit doubled gross profits. The good performance of this handsome ship can be credited to the clean installation of the engine and radiator - very neat for 1926.
Designed by Dave Stott, this model qualifies for Flying Aces Club events: Dime Scale, FAC Scale, and Golden Age Scale. The prototype weighed 18.1 grams ready to fly.
