The Rearwin Speedster was a beautiful airplane with the unlikely combination of speed, fuel efficiency, safety and stability. This 1934-37 sport airplane is a great subject for modeling. Even when accurately built to scale, it makes a superior flying model.
This kit is a 1:32 scale flying model. Pre-1942 design, eligible for Flying Aces Club Dime Scale and Society of Antique Modelers (SAM) contests.
This free flight rubber powered kit contains a full-size rolled plan, hand picked printed balsa and balsa stripwood, rubber motor, E-B propeller, EBM thrust bearing, clear plastic for the windshield, wheels, landing gear wire, and Easy Built Lite tissue in a variety of appropriate colors. To build this model you will need a building board, hobby knife, fine sandpaper, and glue.

"Here are a couple of pictures of this little model. It is built essentially per the kit except I used white tissue for the windows, light gray for the rest. It flys pretty good. Straight as an arrow. Even though I pinned it down, the shrinking tissue pulled the wings into a slight dihedral which may make it more stable." John Pinette
