CUSTOMER BUILDS & INFO
"Home made balsa wheels, 1/32" sheeting around nose area. Landing gear bungies are heat shrink tubing over balsa sticks. I found a picture on the internet of an actual J-2, printed it, and mirror imaged the picture to obtain one left and one right cylinder/stack combo. I cut those out of the pics, glued them to 1/16" balsa sheet, then onto some dummy balsa cylinders. Looks real. I had to add a bit of nose weight to balance it out, but it flies very well." - Dave Hable
