Introduced in 2007 to celebrate Easy Built Models’ 75th year the WACO N kit represents the golden age of flight.

The Weaver Aircraft Company (WACO) produced the N cabin series during 1937-38, distinguished by its tricycle landing gear. Although WACO ceased production in 1946, there are still many in flight today. With over 80 different models, WACO airplanes have been prized by collectors and aviation enthusiasts for their rugged and handsome designs. One aviation enthusiast declared "After the last WACO gracefully flies, the sky will become merely air."

This free flight rubber powered kit includes a full-size rolled CAD drawn plan, laser cut balsa parts and hand-picked balsa strip wood, FAI SuperSport rubber, E-B propeller, EBM thrust bearing, Easy Built Lite tissue in yellow and orange, and LaserCal™ markings. To build this model you will need a building board, hobby knife, fine sandpaper, and glue

Few are capable of this level of detail, but isn't it wonderful to feast your eyes on the work of builder Enrique Maltz. (Optional materials added by builder.)

"This was the first model I've built from one of your kits, and it was an absolute joy to work with everything you put in the box. The "milkstool" Waco I built from your kit is a present for my son's 13th birthday, and because his favorite colors are green and blue I can save this excellent tissue for another project. The quality of your balsa is really good, plans were just fine, and I love your color-coding system. I'm sure color-coding the wood adds a degree or three of complication to packing the kits, but the message it sends to the builder is crystal-clear; You want us to build a good flying model. In my case you've done it.
I finished the little Waco this morning and spent the afternoon trimming it out. It's a great flyer." - Joe Lamb
