The Grumman F9F Panther was the US Navy’s most extensively used fighter during the Korean conflict. Powered by the same Rolls-Royce Nene engine that used in the MiG-15, the Panthers adversary. Though by no means an even match, the Panther had the advantage of a mobile runway waiting nearby.
This kit includes a full-size rolled plan, building instructions, hand-sorted printed balsa and balsa strip wood, vacuum-molded canopy, wire, TissueCal™ markings and Easy Built Lite tissue in dark navy blue. To build this model you will need a building board, hobby knife, fine sandpaper, glue and catapult rubber.
