The North American P-51 airframe and Rolls Royce Merlin engine could out-fly anything in the sky during World War II. It was used as a bomber escort making possible the deep bombing raids of 1944.

This free flight rubber powered kit contains a full-size plan, hand-picked printed balsa and balsa strip wood, rubber motor, EB propeller, EBM thrust bearing, vacuum-molded canopy and spinner, wheels, Easy Built Lite tissue in a variety of appropriate colors and TissueCal™ markings. To build this model you will need a building board, hobby knife, fine sandpaper, and glue.
